Refund policy

At FEYI ARCHIVE, each piece is selected, inspected, and packed with care. Our products are decorative Liuli ceramic objects, many of which are fragile, limited in quantity, and difficult to restock once shipped.

For this reason, all orders are considered final sale once shipped.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect size expectations after purchase
  • Color expectations based on screen display
  • Minor variations in glaze, texture, shape, or finish
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please review all product photos, dimensions, descriptions, and details carefully before placing your order.

Damage, Defect, or Incorrect Item

Although we do not accept discretionary returns, we will review cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of the inner packaging and protective materials
  • A brief description of the issue

We may not be able to review claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery or claims submitted without sufficient photo evidence.

After reviewing the evidence, FEYI ARCHIVE may offer, at our discretion:

  • A replacement, if available
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

We do not require damaged items to be returned unless we specifically request it.

Handmade and Glazed Ceramic Variation

Slight variations in glaze, color depth, texture, surface finish, and small handcrafted details are part of the character of Liuli ceramics. These variations are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and photography conditions.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a refund for the unfulfilled item.

Shipping Issues

FEYI ARCHIVE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect shipping information, or failed delivery attempts.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier first. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to accept the package, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Additional shipping fees may apply if the order is resent.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

All shipped orders are final sale, except in approved cases involving damage, defect, incorrect item, or fulfillment failure.
