Shipping Policy
At FEYI ARCHIVE, each order is handled with care to protect the integrity of the objects we carry. Many of our pieces are fragile, handcrafted, limited in availability, or made through heritage craft processes, and we take packaging and delivery seriously.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, packing requirements, order volume, holidays, or additional inspection needed before shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. FEYI ARCHIVE is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
FEYI ARCHIVE works with trusted international shipping carriers and logistics partners to deliver orders safely. Depending on the destination, product type, package size, and available routes, your order may be shipped through international express carriers, air freight partners, local last-mile delivery providers, or other professional logistics services.
We are also actively working on improving and expanding domestic delivery options within the United States to make the delivery experience faster and more convenient for our U.S. customers.
Shipping methods may vary by order and destination. The final carrier and route are selected based on safety, reliability, package requirements, and service availability.
Shipping Time
Estimated shipping time depends on the destination country, customs clearance, carrier availability, and local delivery conditions.
Estimated delivery times may vary, but international orders may generally take 7–21 business days after shipment. Some destinations may take longer due to customs processing, seasonal shipping volume, weather, public holidays, or other events outside our control.
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs may vary based on destination, package weight, package dimensions, carrier rates, and product value.
From time to time, FEYI ARCHIVE may offer complimentary shipping for eligible orders. Any free shipping offer will be subject to the conditions stated at the time of purchase.
International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, FEYI ARCHIVE works with logistics partners to arrange shipping with applicable customs duties and import taxes handled in advance where available. In most cases, customers should not need to make additional customs or import tax payments upon delivery.
However, customs procedures and local delivery requirements may vary by country or region. FEYI ARCHIVE is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, local import review, carrier clearance procedures, or requests for additional recipient information.
If a carrier or customs authority contacts you for delivery confirmation, identity verification, address clarification, or other required information, please respond promptly to avoid delays or failed delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If a package is delayed, returned, refused, or undeliverable due to incorrect information, failure to respond to carrier requests, or local delivery restrictions, FEYI ARCHIVE is not responsible for the resulting delay or cost.
Delivery Risk and Transfer of Responsibility
FEYI ARCHIVE carefully packages each order and works with professional logistics partners. However, once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, certain risks are outside our direct control.
Delivery delays, customs holds, carrier errors, weather disruptions, failed delivery attempts, theft after delivery, or damage caused by mishandling during transit may occur despite our efforts.
Risk of loss or damage may transfer to the customer once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law. If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first and check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, reception desks, or local delivery points.
We will do our best to assist where reasonable, but FEYI ARCHIVE is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Fragile Item Packaging
Many FEYI ARCHIVE products are ceramic, glazed, sculptural, or otherwise fragile. We take reasonable care to package each item securely for transit.
Because of the fragile nature of these objects, customers should inspect their package carefully upon arrival. If the exterior packaging appears severely damaged, we recommend taking photos before opening the package.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or visibly affected during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@feyiarchive.com.
To help us review the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outer shipping box
- Photos of the inner packaging
- Photos or video of the damaged product
- A clear description of the issue
- Any relevant carrier notices or delivery records
Please keep all original packaging until the matter has been reviewed. The packaging may be required for carrier claims or damage verification.
FEYI ARCHIVE may, at its discretion and depending on the situation, offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund where sufficient evidence is provided. We reserve the right to deny claims that are incomplete, late, unsupported by evidence, or inconsistent with the condition of the package and product.
Failed Delivery, Refused Packages, and Returned Shipments
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept delivery, failure to respond to carrier requests, or failure to collect the package from a pickup point, the order may be returned, abandoned, or disposed of by the carrier.
In these situations, FEYI ARCHIVE is not responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, storage fees, disposal fees, or any loss caused by failed delivery.
If the package is successfully returned to us in sellable condition, we may, at our discretion, arrange reshipment at the customer’s expense or review the order under our Return and Refund Policy.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@feyiarchive.com.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to update the destination.
Pre-Orders and Limited Releases
Some FEYI ARCHIVE products may be released as limited pieces, pre-orders, or small-batch items. Shipping timelines for these products may differ from standard orders and will be stated on the product page or during checkout where applicable.
Because many of our products are made or sourced in limited quantities, replacement availability may be limited.
Delivery Delays
FEYI ARCHIVE is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect addresses, local delivery restrictions, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
